FOXBORO, Mass. (AP) -- Carolina and New England meet for the first time since 2021, with both teams looking to get back to .500.

The Panthers are coming off a 30-0 win over Atlanta that enlivened an offense that had struggled with turnovers in two straight losses to open the season.

The Patriots had five turnovers in last week's 21-14 loss to Pittsburgh. They are hoping to get a defensive boost with cornerback Christian Gonzalez possibly making his season debut after missing the first three games with a hamstring injury.

The game's on FOX! Watch the Patriots face the Panthers at 1 p.m. Sunday on FOX Providence.
