The White Out is a spectacle — both for the game itself and the ripple effects it has throughout the community and Penn State program.

That’s on full display Saturday as Penn State prepares to do battle with Oregon, with more than 200 recruits in attendance . And one has already made some noise.

The Penn State staff handed out an offer to five-star 2027 quarterback Elijah Haven during pregame festivities of the White Out. Haven is a big fish, ranking as the No. 1 quarterback for his class and the 26th overall prospect, according to the 247Sports Composite .

Haven announced the offer on social media.
