VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Neptune Festival organizers say Saturday night’s music lineup has been canceled due to excessive flooding in the 24th Street and 31st Street parks.
The Grand Parade set for Saturday morning also was canceled.
However, there are no changes to Sunday’s music lineup, and the rest of the festival is set to go on as scheduled Sunday, organizers say.
On the 31st Street Stage from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Buckshot Duo will perform, followed by Anthony Rosano and the Conqueroos from 3:30 to 6 p.m.
The 24th Street Stage will feature Tiki Bar Band from 1 to 2:30 p.m. and Skip Castro Band from 3:30 to 6 p.m.
Also going on Sunday are the sandsculpting creations ready to be viewed, an arts and crafts show with over 200 juried artists and artisans, and plenty more family fun.
