PORTLAND, Ore. — Officers found a man dead in the street after responding to a reported shooting early Saturday morning, the Portland Police Bureau reported.
The shooting was reported at 3:42 a.m. in the area of Southeast Powell Boulevard and 130th Avenue.
The suspect or suspects were already gone by the time police arrived. No arrests have been made, and police didn't release any suspect information.
Homicide detectives responded to the scene, and the incident is currently under investigation.
Southeast 130th Avenue between Southeast Powell Boulevard and Southeast Rhone Street were closed during the investigation.
