Penn State made some recruiting waves in the lead up to the White Out vs. Oregon.

In addition to offering the No. 1 quarterback in the 2027 class in Elijah Haven , Penn State also turned its attention to a potential late flip target in 2026.

The Nittany Lions offered three-star wide receiver Josiah Teasley, who has been committed to Virginia since mid-June. Teasley stands 6-5 and 190 pounds and plays at The St. James Performance Academy in Springfield, Virginia.

According to Rivals, Saturday at the White Out was Teasley’s first visit to Penn State. He had only visited Virginia before that.
