Strictly Come Dancing star Ross King was joined by his girlfriend in the audience for the first live show, as she flew thousands of miles to support him

The first live show of Strictly Come Dancing kicked off on Saturday (September 27), featuring Ross King and his dance partner Jowita Przystał performing the Cha Cha Cha. ‌

Ross, who is typically seen reporting on the latest Hollywood news on ITV's Lorraine , has jetted back to the UK to appear on the BBC dance competition, with his girlfriend accompanying him for the journey. ‌
