CINCINNATI ( WXIX /Gray News) - A woman in Ohio and her boyfriend are accused of abusing three young children, including a 9-year-old boy who weighed only 30 pounds with a core body temperature of less than 80 degrees.

Angel Holland, 32, and Aaron Stalling, 34, were arrested and charged with three counts each of felonious assault and endangering children.

Court records describe Angel Holland as the boy’s “custodian” who has had custody of him since 2020.

Criminal complaints for both Stalling and Holland allege they “did torture or cruelly abuse” the boy and his siblings, 6 and 8, on Sept. 13, “which resulted in serious physical harm...”
