Homes destroyed by a massive gas explosion and rooftop padel courts form part of a list of key developments planned for Greater Manchester this week.

In February 2024, three terraced homes in Bury were destroyed by a gas explosion. The homes in the Fishpool area of the borough were left devastated by the major blast.

Now plans have been submitted to rebuild the same homes, like-for-like.
