Jammu, Sep 27: In C.P./325/2024 (JAMMU) [ CONTEMPT ] In T.A./8407/2020 titled SUKH DEV Vs PARDEEP KUMAR PRINICIPAL SECRETARY, FOREST DEPARTMENT after hearing CAT ordered as under:-

The Hon'ble High Court of J&K has upheld the decision passed by this CAT Bench in T.A. 8407 of 2020 and dismissed the petition of the State with the cost of Rs. 20,000/-.

Now, the contemnors are directed to comply the order failing which the Principal Secretary, Forest would remain present before this Tribunal on the next date of hearing, otherwise bailable warrant shall be issued against them.
