It's the final day of the 2025 Major League Baseball season with several teams' fate still hanging in the balance.

The AL East (Toronto Blue Jays and New York Yankees) and Central (Cleveland Guardians and Detroit Tigers) come down to the final day, while the Cincinnati Reds and New York Mets are competing for the National League's final wild card berth.
