Khatkar Kalan (Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar), September 28, 2025: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Sunday paid floral tribute to Shaheed-Azam Bhagat Singh on his birth anniversary and said that Shaheed Bhagat Singh Heritage Complex at the native village of the legendary martyr will be dedicated to the state in the coming months.
