As both a cat and coffee lover, I felt drawn to the Caffeinated Cat Café as soon as it opened in December 2024 in downtown Grover Beach.
Featuring adult cats and kittens ready for adoption, the Café’s raison d’etre is to find a “forever home” for every cat they take in.
The Caffeinated Cat Café is the brainchild of Jaime Pierce, a woman who realized early on that she had cats in her future.
“Part of me knew I would work with cats someday,” she says. “This is a perfect fit.”
She especially loves to see people come to her establishment “and hang out with the cats.”
Since opening her doors, she has found homes for more than 150 felines, “more than we expected.”
