New Delhi: India’s skipper Suryakumar Yadav continued the ‘no handshake’ policy with Pakistan’s captain Salman Ali Agha at the toss of the Asia Cup 2025 final at the Dubai International Stadium on Sunday, September 28. Suryakumar won the toss and decided to bowl first in the high-pressure final, and after a chat with presenter Ravi Shastri, the Indian skipper ignored Agha once again at the toss.
The Men in Blue haven’t engaged with Pakistan in the ongoing tournament, as in the past two meetings, Suryakumar had ignored Agha on both occasions at the toss. Whereas, after the match, Team India marred victories on both instances and were spotted with no customary handshake gesture with arch-rivals.
