Progress on the next stage of an ambitious village centre regeneration projected has been in the spotlight at a scrutiny meeting.
A large-scale rejuvenation of central Kingshurst gained approval from planners in April 2022 with the aim for it to be completed by 2026.
Phase one saw 25 social rented homes – a mix of three and four-bedroom – built on the site of the former Mountfort pub with residents moving in last year.
