Hollywood actress Alyssa Milano has revealed her courageous decision to get her breast implants removed — describing why she chose to in a devastating Instagram post.

The Charmed star revealed on September 24 that she underwent surgery to remove her breast implants — a choice she described as a step toward feeling “free” and reclaiming her “joy”.

In a candid Instagram post, Milano shared a photo of herself in a hospital gown and hairnet, opening up about the emotional journey that led her to the operating room.

“Today I’m releasing those false narratives, the parts of me that were never actually parts of me,” Milano posted.
