OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - One person was killed and another was hurt in a shooting at an Omaha apartment Saturday evening.

Police told First Alert 6 that they responded to the Park South Towers near Hanscom Park around 6:45 p.m. Saturday night.

At the scene, they found a woman suffering from a gunshot wound. She was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Officers also found a man dead in an apartment.

Currently, there is no word on what led up to the incident.
