TAMPA, Fla. — It’s fair to wonder how much longer Azeez Ojulari is going to remain on the Eagles’ 53-man roster. Despite the triceps issue that sent edge rusher Nolan Smith to injured reserve at the start of the practice week, Ojulari was still among the team’s five inactive players for Sunday’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Ojulari, signed to a one-year deal worth a guaranteed $3 million as a free agent, is the only member of the team’s edge-rushing room that has not played through the first four games. In his previous four seasons with the Giants , Ojulari had 22 sacks in 46 games.

It’s possible the Eagles will try to trade Ojulari before the Nov. 4 deadline.
