Missouri football moved up one spot and is now the No. 18 team in the country in the updated US LBM Coaches Poll, which was published Sunday after the Week 5 slate of games. The Tigers beat UMass 42-6 in its homecoming matchup Saturday in Columbia to remain undefeated through five games.
When the AP poll comes out at approximately 1 p.m. CDT Sunday, the Tigers (5-0, 1-0 SEC) are likely to see a similar rise.
Mizzou entered the top 25 after the Week 3 games. In the latest edition of the poll, Missouri moved above Michigan and Florida State but was leapfrogged by Vanderbilt.
