A submission to “ The Gee and Ursula Show ” on KIRO Newsradio asked, “What’s the big deal about washing your hands after you use the restroom?” The commenter continued to state that she never washes their hands after using public restrooms.
KIRO host Gee Scott shamed people who skip the sink after using a public restroom, believing that, after the COVID-19 pandemic, more people are inclined to wash their hands after using public restrooms than ever before.
“I used to see people walk in and out of the bathroom without washing their hands. That’s just nasty. Then you get to the table, sit down, and shake hands with people,” Gee said. “I will say, now, more people are washing their hands today, post-pandemic, than before.”
