GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. —

A suspect was shot and hospitalized after a shooting involving deputies in Greenville County, South Carolina.

Investigators with the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office said the shooting happened Sunday afternoon on Stegall Circle.

All deputies are safe, according to the sheriff's office.

The condition of the suspect is unknown as of 1:45 p.m.
