We're halfway through the first weekend of the Tulsa State Fair and police are reminding visitors to watch where they park. Officers say parking illegally in neighborhoods near the fairgrounds could land you a ticket or even get your car towed. They're asking people to plan ahead and respect those who live nearby.

Extra Tulsa police patrols

Another year of the Tulsa State Fair means another year of crowded streets in the neighborhoods nearby. While the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office handles inside the fairgrounds, Tulsa Police cover the surrounding neighborhoods.
