My head tells me age has finally caught up with Joe Flacco, who was 16 for 34 passing for 184 yards in Sunday’s 34-10 loss to Detroit. He also threw a pair of interceptions and lost a fumble.

The 40-year-old quarterback not only looks slow in terms of mobility, but also when it comes to decision making.

In the past, Flacco seemed to know where he wanted to throw the ball. If Option 1 was covered, he quickly switched to Option 2.

Now, he hesitates.
