CLEVELAND, Ohio. (WILX) - The Detroit Tigers fell on Sunday 4-3 to the Boston Red Sox, meaning the Tigers are locked into the sixth seed in the American League.

With the loss, the Guardians capture the 2025 American League Central Division title, which means Cleveland now gets to host Detroit for a best-of-three American League Wild Card series.

The series will start on Tuesday and will be at 1:08 p.m. on ESPN. Game 2 is on Wednesday at the same time, with it also being televised on ESPN. The details for Game 3 are TBD depending on if the game is necessary.
