FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) -- Sam Pittman was fired as head coach of the Arkansas Razorbacks one day after his team dropped a massive 56-13 contest to Notre Dame at home.
Pittman spent more than five seasons on the Hill as the head hog and in that time, there were flashes of hope that the program was headed in the right direction, but there were even more lows that ultimately led to the coach's dismissal.
