Video from August 2025: "DOLLY: A True Original Musical" opens in Nashville
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) -- Tennessee icon Dolly Parton turned to social media Sunday to announce the postponement of her upcoming concerts in Las Vegas, saying she's been dealing with some "health challenges" and her doctors told her she needs to have a few procedures.
"As I joked with them, it must be time for my 100,000-mile check-up, although it's not the usual trip to see my plastic surgeon!" Parton said in a statement released on Sunday, Sept. 28.
According to Parton's post, given the situation, she won't be able to rehearse and put together the show she wants her fans to see.
"You pay good money to see me perform, and I want to be at my best for you. While I'll still be able to work on all of my projects
