Some San Diego Starbucks locations are saying goodbye to their loyal customers and serving their final drinks.
The coffee chain announced they’re closing stores in North America, including some in San Diego.
On Sunday, NBC 7 witnessed multiple San Diego stores cleaning out their stores and posting messages to their customers about the decision to close.
“We identified coffeehouses where we’re unable to create the physical environment our customers and partners expect, or where we don’t see a path to financial performance, and these locations will be closed,” said Starbucks CEO Brian Niccol in a statement.
Starbucks customers in San Diego reacted to the news.
