Dolly Parton, 79, has been forced to postpone her upcoming Las Vegas shows due to complications with her health.

The legendary American musician, known for classic hits like “9 to 5” and “Bargain Store”, shared the news on Instagram, explaining her health challenges meant she was forced to undergo several medical procedures.

“I want the fans and public to hear directly from me that, unfortunately, I will need to postpone my upcoming Las Vegas concerts,” Parton wrote to fans.

“As many of you know, I have been dealing with some health challenges, and my doctors tell me that I must have a few procedures.”

Parton joked she was at her “100,000-mile check-up”, adding it had nothing to do with her love of plastic surgery.
