Jennifer Lopez is speaking out about her divorce from Ben Affleck .

The 56-year-old entertainer made an appearance on CBS News Sunday Morning on Sunday (September 28), where she reflected on the split and found an upside to the experience.

On the show, JLo called the breakup and the personal insight she got from it was “the best thing that ever happened to me.”

“Because it changed me,” she continued. “It helped me grow in a way that I needed to grow.”

Jennifer went on Sunday Morning to promote her new movie Kiss of the Spider Woman , which Ben serves as an executive producer on.
