Serious injuries have been reported following a car vs. motorcycle accident in Hartford, authorities said.

At 3:18 p.m., the Hartford Fire Department said they responded to the accident along Locust Street and Meadow Street.

Upon arrival, the injured victim was transported to a local hospital, fire officials said.

The Hartford Police Department is actively investigating the incident.
