Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has launched post-rain cleaning operations in areas affected by flooding along the Musi river.

With floodwaters receding, municipal teams are working round the clock to restore normalcy in low-lying localities.

According to GHMC officials, multiple teams have been deployed for desilting drains, removing silt from Musi-side habitations, and clearing waterlogged

stretches. Pump sets have been pressed into service to drain stagnant water from vulnerable pockets.
