It was a 10,000-square-foot restaurant at the former site of the old Sardo Warehouse on Wilmington's Riverfront.
Designed by Philadelphia's Sandvold Blands Architecture and Interiors, the $3 million Iron Hill was a jewel of the Riverfront when it opened in 2003: a two-story brewery and restaurant able to produce more than 46 million gallons of beer a year.
