Ever drive by a big, old, empty building and think, man, someone really ought to do something with that place?

Long-vacant buildings are eyesores, but they also can bring down area property values and even attract crime.

Delaware has many empty spaces that need filling. Some already have development plans, while others sitting on the market waiting for a buyer.

Here's the status of a few buildings we'd like to see with new tenants.
