Poundland is bringing in a significant change to its stores across the country. And it could help shoppers save money.

The discount retail chain confirmed that it will make more products available for just £1. It comes after Poundland brought in a new pricing structure for many of its products, which will sell them at £1, £2, and £3 respectively.

Now, the number of items to be sold at £1 has increased to 60% while goods at £2 have risen to 20% and those at £3 by another 20%. The new lower prices will apply to confectionery products, household items, and health and beauty products.
