TOLEDO, Ohio — Gas prices in Toledo decreased by approximately 20 cents per gallon on average last week, GasBuddy analysts said.
According to a press release, a gallon of gas in Toledo costs $2.72 as of Monday, a price that is down 20.4 cents from the week before. This number is 31.8 cents lower than a month ago, and 47.6 cents lower than a year ago.
It's also 36 cents lower than the national average, which is $3.08 per gallon.
According to GasBuddy analyst Patrick De Haan, this shift in pricing is a result of expected trends for this time of year:
