After announcing his verbal commitment to the Michigan Wolverines back in July, 2026 four-star cornerback Dorian Barney has flipped to Ole Miss following a weekend visit for its game against LSU.
The 6-foot-1, 180-pounder from Carrollton, Georgia initially chose the Wolverines over Ole Miss, as well as other schools like Penn State, Texas A&M, Colorado and Georgia Tech.
Following the decommitment, the Wolverines now have one cornerback in the class in four-star Andre Clarke Jr. Michigan has been recruiting corners committed to other programs — five-star Davon Benjamin (Oregon) and four-star Khary Adams (Notre Dame) are two that immediately come to mind — so we will have to wait and see if LaMar Morgan and company can cook up a flip or two before signing day in December.
