Bills Passed:

Right to Business Act

Introduces a Deemed Approval Facility for industrial projects.

Projects will be automatically approved if no response is received within 45 days.

Aims to revolutionize the industrial environment in Punjab.

Punjab Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Bill

Brings reforms to the state tax system.

Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation (Amendment) Bill

Enhances transparency in the real estate sector.
