Seventh Day School to Resume Offline Classes for Classes 10 and 12 September 29, 2025

Ahmedabad: After being closed for over a month, the Seventh Day Adventist Higher Secondary School in Maninagar is preparing to reopen for offline classes. In the first phase, offline classes will start for Grades 10 and 12 from October 3.

The Ahmedabad city District Education Officer (DEO) had suspended in-person teaching and shifted to online classes in August following the tragic stabbing of 15-year-old Class 10 student Nayan Santani by a junior student outside the school.

To prioritize student safety and reassure parents, the DEO has appointed two Class-2 officers, Falguni Patel and Mayank Trivedi, as official school inspectors. They will remain on campus once offline classes resume, closely monito
