Three Fayetteville-area high school football stars have been selected for the 2025 Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas roster.

Seventy-First running back Jayson Franklin, Jack Britt linebacker and safety Jaleel Parker and offensive lineman Donovan Johnson have been chosen to represent their schools and North Carolina in the 89th renewal of the all-star game played annually in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This year’s game is set for Saturday, Dec. 20, at Spartanburg High’s Viking Stadium.
