LOUISVILLE, Ky. —

A man has been arrested for sexual abuse after a girl in Crescent Hill was "inappropriately touched" waiting to be picked up from school.

Police put out a warning last week about an incident near McCready and Richard avenues, a popular area near Sacred Heart for off-campus pickups.

A student told police a man touched her inappropriately and then fled the scene. She was able to catch him on video:

On Monday, police said they arrested Jacob Burnett, 27, and charged him with sexual abuse.

They said a "vigilant and anonymous tipster" helped lead them to Burnett.
