LOUISVILLE, Ky. —

A Louisville man has been arraigned on a voyeurism charge stemming from an incident at a local YMCA in 2023.

Duane Brady appeared in court Monday morning to answer to the charge.

Court documents allege that in 2023, Brady tried to record another YMCA member as he was taking a shower at the location on Second Street.

On the day of the alleged incident, the member was taking a shower in the gym's locker room when he heard a noise.

When the victim looked up, he reportedly saw that someone was holding a cellphone over the top of the stall.

When the victim confronted Brady, he reportedly denied recording the victim, but quickly fled from the men's locker room and into the boys' locker room, where he hid for a short time before eventually leaving.
