AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - The Forgotten Dog League of Amarillo joined the BISSELL Pet Foundation in the Empty the Shelters campaign.

During the month of October, the Forgotten Dog League of Amarillo will offer reduced adoption fees of $70 or les.

Animals will be at PetSmart every Saturday and Sunday in October from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Every pet is spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.

If you are unable to adopt, you are asked to think about fostering a pet.

Since 2016, Empty the Shelters has helped more than 360,000 pets find homes.
