The Great Falls High football team put itself on the winning track on Friday, Sept. 26, taking down Billings Skyview 42-0.

The Bison took care of business early and often as they ran the ball with tenacity and hit big plays in the passing game to complement a stout defensive showing.

Now 1-2 in the Eastern AA, Great Falls High has a tough road test at 7 p.m. on Friday at undefeated Bozeman Gallatin.

A week after surrendering 70 points in a shootout with Bozeman High, Great Falls High’s defense was in a stingy mood as it held the Falcons to just seven first downs and 89 yards of offense — including -13 yards on the ground.
