LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)-- The University of Michigan Health-Sparrow announced the Michigan Avenue construction project will result in lane reductions from Pennsylvania Avenue east to the UM Health-Sparrow pedestrian bridge.
Patients and visitors are advised to expect significant delays and are encouraged to use the rear entrances located on Eureka and Jerome streets.
"Our top priority is ensuring our patients and team members can access our facilities safely and with little to no stress," said Ann Marie Creed, president of UM Health-Sparrow Lansing, in a news release sent to 6 News.
UM Health-Sparrow notes that Michigan Avenue will remain fully closed from the pedestrian bridge east to Holmes Street.
