LEE COUNTY, Ala. (WRBL) – A Phenix City man is facing two felony charges after Lee County Sheriff’s investigators say he lured a child under the age of 16 to his home and engaged in lewd behavior in an attempt to entice the juvenile into sexual activity.

According to Lee County court records, Joe Dan Moore, 60, was arrested following the September 13 incident. A warrant was issued September 26, and Moore was charged with two felony counts of enticing a child for immoral purposes.

Bond was set at $30,000. Records show Moore has since been released after posting bond.

The case remains under investigation.
