LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - The South Lansing Business Association (SLBA) is hosting its fall ‘Team Up 2 Clean Up’ community event on Wednesday, focused on beautifying a portion of Southeast Lansing.

Volunteers will work together to clean up a half-square-mile area, including I-96, Cedar Street, Jolly Road, and Pennsylvania Avenue.

The event will take place from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Anyone interested in participating is encouraged to meet at St. Michael’s Episcopal Church (6500 Amwood Dr.).

Participants will include teams from local businesses, church members, service clubs, students, and members of the South Lansing Business Association.
