DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) -- A man was looking for beer he ordered when he allegedly stabbed another man in a Swatara Township apartment over the weekend, police said in court documents.

Swatara Township Police said 31-year-old Kyle Marshall, of Harrisburg, allegedly stabbed another man with a knife during a scuffle inside an apartment at the Chestnut Pointe Apartments around 2:12 a.m. Saturday morning.

Marshall was looking for beer that he ordered from "Gopuff," a food delivery company, when he came to the apartment door and knocked, police said. A resident who answered told him to leave, but police said Marshall forced his way inside.
