DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)-- Taylor Swift's new album "The Life of a Showgirl" went on sale at midnight at stores across the country, and drew crowds to businesses in the Midstate.

Taylor Swift fans, also referred to as "Swifties," gathered at Target on Jonestown Road in Lower Paxton Township to purchase the album and hopefully get the chance to buy the vinyl version.

Fans outside the store showed excitement for the new album, with some saying they wouldn't even wait until they got home to listen to the album on the vinyl they had just purchased.
