Kennadi Flenner and her mother, Valerie, arrived at the Target in Cranberry at 6 p.m. Thursday to be first in a growing line for the midnight release of Taylor Swift’s new album, “The Life of a Showgirl.”

The 17-year-old Beaver Area High School senior had been a fan of Swift's since she was 7, but her interest intensified with the Eras Tour, which kicked off in 2023 to become the highest-grossing tour of all time. The tribute to Swift's catalogue of studio albums, and the corresponding eras they marked, spoke to her.

“I was like, ‘Wow, I really resonate with her music,’” Kennadi said.
