Unwanted person

On September 27 at 8:40 a.m., Belleville Police responded to a residence in the city’s west end regarding reports of unwanted individuals. Upon arrival, it was reported that multiple individuals behind the residence in a wooded area were causing a disturbance. Officers entered the wooded area which was public property and located three people. Upon investigation, it was learned that one male had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. As a result, a 51-year-old Belleville man of no fixed address was arrested and charged with failure to attend for court. He was held for a bail hearing.
