Parents are facing charges as well as their kids after three teenagers are being accused of car break-ins and burglaries over the weekend in Gloucester City, police said.
Wesley K. Hunter, 19, of Cherry Hill, and a 16- and 17-year-old, both of Camden, were charged with 28 offenses, including burglary, theft, criminal mischief and possession of stolen credit cards.
The break-ins occurred in the Highland Park section of the city during the overnight hours, authorities said Sunday.
The juveniles’ parents have been charged with failure to supervise their child, police said.
Hunter, who had active warrants, was remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility pending an initial court appearance.
The juveniles were transported to the Camden County Youth Detention Center and were released
